I appreciate your skill and your profession approach to real estate business. I still live and work in Moscow. I could not afford it for me to choose among hundred flats due to the time factor. In my case you were the realtor of seller and I was a buyer with very limited time. During negotiation your attitude were absolutely effective, friendly and decisive. You behave like a real conductor of the deal arranging everything : translation from Hebrew to Russian, convincing the buyer to be flexible, arranging discussion in right direction et cetera.
I am impressed by you professionality , positive mood even in not easy situation and punctuality in all you do.
It was my third trip for buying proper apartment fitted to my budget. I think your involvence was the main factor permitted me to get a deal.
Besides I think you will be good in any business with your creativity, goodness and obligatory habit.
