I appreciate your skill and your professional approach to the real estate business. I still live and work in Moscow. I could not afford to choose among a hundred flats due to the time factor. In my case you were the realtor of the seller and I was a buyer with very limited time. During negotiation your attitude was absolutely effective, friendly and decisive. You behaved like a real conductor of the deal, arranging everything: translation from Hebrew to Russian, convincing the buyer to be flexible, steering the discussion in the right direction, et cetera.
I am impressed by your professionalism, positive mood even in a not-easy situation, and punctuality in all you do.
