There is a myth that investing abroad is expensive, troublesome and not all that profitable. Meanwhile, investing in real estate abroad is a way to preserve and grow your savings that, in terms of reliability and level of return, is incomparable to bank deposits or participation in mutual investment funds. That is exactly why more and more people are looking for profitable offers abroad, including in Israel.

Real estate in Israel has traditionally been considered an attractive option for investing funds. Businesses, organizations and private individuals readily acquire residential and commercial real estate in Israel. Investors’ interest in Israel is no accident: while many countries were hit by a crisis in this very sector, real estate in Israel not only did not fall in price but rose by 40–70%.

Israel’s geographical location is unique. The country lies at the junction of three parts of the world — Europe, Asia and Africa.
